Showing AWU Pride

October 23, 2019

Members working on the West Gate Tunnel Project have been showing their AWU colours by wearing new shirts. The shirts were designed by site delegate Johnny Keys and made in Geelong by TWP.

Johnny said it was important to get the AWU logo on site. “We’re proud AWU members and we’re proud to be working on the tunnel. Union workplaces are safer workplaces and being visible is part of that. The most important thing is that everyone goes home at the end of the shift.”

Any members on the project who haven’t received a shirt please contact your delegate.
