The AWU is the Union for poultry workers. We are currently in negotiations with Aviagen over pay and conditions! We will always advocate for the best possible pay and conditions for workers, but we can’t do this alone.

Our power comes from our members. If you work for Aviagen, this is your chance as a worker to have your say over your wages and entitlements. We urge you to become a member of the AWU and join your colleagues who are campaigning for a better deal at Aviagen.
