AWU Labour Day 2026

March with Us This May Day!

You are invited to join Your AWU Family for the Labour Day March and Family Fun Day!

 

This year, the AWU is celebrating 140!

Labour Day is the day our great movement celebrates all the things we have achieved to make our workplaces safer and fairer.

Labour Day events will be held across Queensland between Saturday 2nd May and Monday 4th May (Labour Day Public Holiday), and our members will once again be out in force across the state.

Grab a free AWU cap and t-shirt for you and your family to march in and enjoy heaps of free food, cold drinks and family activities.

We hope to see you there!
