Please use this form to log the results from site visits using the DustTrak II Handheld 8532. The results with be circulated to relevant Vic, NSW, QLD and WA Organisers, Lead Organisers, and the Silica Dust Committee members so that everyone using the dust monitor has the opportunity to learn from other Branches experiences with it.

The data collected from this survey will only be used for the Silica Campaign if there is explicit consent from each Branch.
