Dodgy labour-hire is rife across civil construction.

Workers who have always been considered permanent employees are now employed more precariously with fewer protections and weaker conditions.

Many worksites have the farcical situation in which workers doing the same job and being employed under different conditions and paid different rates.

We need to crack down on dodgy labor-hire and ensure that those doing the same work, get the same pay.
