THE AUSTRALIAN WORKERS’ UNION OF EMPLOYEES, QUEENSLAND ELECTION EXEMPTION APPLICATION UNDER SECTION 802 OF THE INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 2016 (QLD)

The Australian Workers’ Union elections in the federal jurisdiction have now been completed.

In consideration of the above, The Australian Workers’ Union of Employees, Queensland will be seeking an exemption under section 802 of the Industrial Relations Act 2016 (Qld) to run an election for the corresponding offices at the state level.
